"Detailing could’ve been a lot better"
I was disappointed with the detailing. There were missed spots both inside and outside the car, which made it feel like the job was rushed. I’ve been happy coming here before, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably start taking my car somewhere else.
"Not something I’d count on again"
I booked a service and then the timing got switched around at the last minute. Come on now, that’s kind of the whole point of booking ahead. Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t really leave me feeling confident. Maybe it works out fine sometimes, but personally I’m not sure I’d trust it again.

"Okay service, but I didn’t feel very listened to"
The service was fine overall, but they forgot a few supplies and had to come back later to finish things up. It wasn’t the end of the world, but when I mentioned it, I kind of felt brushed off instead of taken seriously. Decent experience, just not as smooth as I hoped

"Booking was simple enough"
I found the booking process straightforward and was able to get everything done quickly. The payment went through without any issues, which was reassuring. My only small complaint is that the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected, so I was left wondering for a little while if everything was fully set.

"Was worried at first, but they got it sorted"
My damage claim took a little longer than I hoped, and I definitely needed some reassurance along the way that it was actually being handled. In the end, they came through and fixed it, so I’m relieved it all worked out.
"Pretty good, but umm... not always consistent"
I’ve used Spiffy a few times now, and it’s kind of hit or miss. When it’s good, the car looks great and the tech shows up on time. But umm, there have also been times where it felt a little rushed or they were late. The booking process is super easy, which I do appreciate. I just wish the quality was more consistent each time.

"Updates could definitely be more detailed"
Overall, the communication was okay, and I did get the information I needed eventually, but I do think the updates could have been better. I’m the type of person who likes to know what’s going on, even if there isn’t a huge change, so a quick message explaining the status or what to expect next would have helped. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just a little more detail and consistency would have made the whole experience feel smoother.

"Started rough, but they made it right"
My first appointment got mixed up, which was definitely frustrating at the time. I reached out, and someone got back to me the same day, got it rescheduled, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. So yeah, not the smoothest start... but they handled it fairly and quickly. I’d use them again.

"Interior clean was disappointing"
I booked Spiffy for an interior cleaning and expected better. The seats looked decent at first glance, but there were still crumbs in the corners and the cup holders were sticky. For what I paid, I thought they’d pay more attention to the small stuff. It also kind of felt like when I noticed the missed spots, it was being treated as my problem to deal with instead of something they should’ve handled.

"I got the exterior wash from Spiffy..."
I got the exterior wash from Spiffy i was kind of shocked at how much better my car looked. It had been covered in road dust and a few truly offensive bird messes, and they managed to get basically all of it off.
The paint looked shiny again like my car had suddenly remembered it had standards, and the windows were so much clearer than before. Even the wheels looked super clean, which I noticed immediately because they had been looking absolutely tragic.
No real complaints from me at all. It was easy, quick, and the outside of my car looked a million times better afterward.

"Good oil change for the price"
The oil change went smoothly and the tech showed up right on time, which I appreciated. It did take a little longer than I thought it would, but the service was solid overall. I’m always watching what I spend on car maintenance, so as long as the price stays reasonable, I’d use them again

"Decent service, but the slow support was frustrating"
I used Spiffy and the actual service was fine, no real complaints there. The frustrating part was customer support. I had a question about my appointment and it took longer than I expected to hear back. When they finally responded, they were helpful, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the delay definitely added some stress. I’d probably consider using them again, but I do think a small credit or discount would be fair given the inconvenience.

Booking was easy and the service was good once things got going. I did end up waiting a little longer than expected, almost like they were running behind or maybe had taken on too many appointments that day. Still, it wasn’t a huge deal and I’d probably use them again

I was able to schedule a time quickly, which was nice. Compared to a few other services I’ve tried where the booking process feels clunky or takes forever, this was much more straightforward. No real issues on my end.

"I booked my first Spiffy wash because I..."
I booked my first Spiffy wash because I wanted to see the final price before committing, and the promo ended up applying right at checkout. Once it went through, the total dropped immediately, so there weren’t any confusing extra steps or surprises.
The only hiccup was that I had to enter the code twice before it worked, though that could’ve just been my browser acting up. The wash itself was good, and with the discount, it felt worth booking.

"Way Easier Than Going to a Shop"
I booked Spiffy while I was working from home, and they came right to my driveway. Compared to the usual hassle of sitting around at a car shop and rearranging my day, this was so much easier. The guy showed up on time, finished everything without any fuss, and my car looked great afterward. Super convenient, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Bad first impression from the app and website"
This was a frustrating first try. I went in expecting to book something quickly, but the app and website were both a mess. Pages kept freezing, I couldn’t get the login to work, and in the end I couldn’t book anything at all. Not exactly a great first impression

"Wish I’d Planned for More Time"
The service turned out fine in the end, but I wish I’d known it was going to take as long as it did. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just slower than I expected for what I booked. If I could go back, I’d probably leave myself a bigger time cushion.
